The paper main paper is Bijou Birds Green The striped paper is Candy Stripes, the journaling block is My Minds Eye Bloom and Grow Collection - 12x12 Die Cut Sheet Title: Making Memories Stickers Tiny Alpha Brown Ledger American Crafts Thickers - Vinyl Stickers - Poolside - Blue I'm not sure who does the looped ribbon.
